YLYNX Shipping Policy

At YLYNX, we are dedicated to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and ship your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • For custom couture dresses and made-to-order items, processing time may vary. These items typically take 2-4 weeks to produce. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location and the chosen shipping method:

  • Domestic (within the country):

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International:

    • Standard International Shipping: 7-15 business days
    • Expedited International Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your items.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply in your country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority. Please check your country’s regulations before placing an order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain regions may have restrictions or limitations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • YLYNX does not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

6. Lost or Stolen Packages YLYNX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item to assist with the claim.

8. Shipping Delays While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance may cause delays. YLYNX is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
