At YLYNX, we are dedicated to providing high-quality garments and exceptional customer service. Please carefully review our refund policy below:
1. Couture Dresses
- Due to the custom nature and high level of craftsmanship involved in our couture dresses, all sales of couture items are final. This includes custom-made, red carpet, and runway pieces. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for these items.
2. Ready-to-Wear and Non-Couture Items
- For non-couture dresses and ready-to-wear items, we offer a 14-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition with tags attached and unworn.
Refund Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ylynxfashion@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

- Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale
